Does anyone, inside the very fiber of their mortal mind, truly understand what really is going on in this crazy world? Unless one knows who Jesus is...then probable not! When I was younger the saying used to be, "things will get better in the Golden Years". What Golden Years? Is it my imagination that things aren't getting any better with every passing year. Unless one is in power and has an abundance of the green backs, then I don't see any improvement. Even with an abundance, it doesn't seem to bring that rainbow of happiness to the many wealthy elderly people I see living in a state of meaninglessness. To me, things all over the world look more in turmoil now than the previous years. Especially if you're just down-right poor, elderly and poor or sick.
These past three years, while browsing around the internet at many different blogs and web sites, astonishment continues to strike into my very soul. There's so much care free... say and do what you want attitude. That's Free America! It's what we're all about! The land of the free. The freedom to do and say whatever one likes with no morals, regrets, or remorse. Just plain old nothing matters from any actions taken. Be it verbal or physical.
People will turn toward the jaws of illusion and live in darkness rather than come to the light of God. And it's understandable. That's just the way of life! No accountability. If one does come to learn of God and His ways, there becomes an awareness of actions done. Therefore, knowing one has a choice to do whatever...whenever one pleases, without a faint thought of guilt or punishment, it becomes all the more acceptable not to come to the light of God. For that reason people can justify all their actions in any life style they choose. And certainly this is one big reason people haven't any clue to why our world is turned so upside down at the present time. Their ears are deaf when it comes to Gods word. Jesus tells of the future of mankind. Matthew 24:1-14 NLT (New Living Translation) Bible
For the last 3 or 4 generations the young see the older mischievous risk takers do things leading to consequential situations for their deeds of lawlessnes. Does that stop the younger credulous people from following the older more clever foot steps? It continues to escalade higher and higher into more deeds of self justification and lawlessness.
People are often clueless why the teen generations into the early thirties haven't any real consideration for others or understanding of their own behavior. For instance, doing insane things with no regard for the outcome, speaking insanely and acting immaturely. Becoming obstinate when confronted, as to why they follow that dark crowd they're so influenced by. I guess that's a big... "How the heck could they"!
There is absolutely no direction in their life. NO parental guidance! Not a whole lot of parents are aware or seem to care enough to get involved with those misconstrued young ones ways of living anyway. So the best thing is to leave them all alone in their drowning rebellion to society. Because, their natural defense for following the crowd of rage seekers is, venomous insults coupled with twisted profanity.
It really becomes a non-rational way of life that can't be stopped. Just like one of the worst cancers today, Melanoma! A very very fast spreading cancer. Once it becomes malignant, there isn't a way to cut it out before it quickly spreads and destroys its host.
This is what happens to generation after generation of young people who rely on their own instincts to fit in the survival game. They get sucked into the black hole of enticement by way of deception that leads to their demise. And as anyone can see by vehement actions of violence in every little corner of the globe, the planet is quickly moving in the direction of conclusion. The return of the Lord gets closer.
Quoted in the Bible, 2Tim 3: 1-5 NASB (New American Standard Bible) In the last days perilous times will come. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. The latter part speaking mainly to false profits and teachers, people professing to be christians who are caught-up in the ways of the world.
Look! I didn't write the stuff. It's found in the Bible! Anyone surely can pick one up and look these things up. All events were written down by the prophets thousands of years before. It wasn't just cleverly put together by some genius Zen Masters to spook people into behaving themselves. God spoke by His spirit to the prophets to write down his laws (rules and regulations) for living! Not just for a few to obey but, for ALL people tongues and nations. 2Tim 3:16 NASB (New American Standard Bible)
The Bible is really composed of sixty six individual books. It is written on two or possibly three continents in three different languages over a period of approximately 1500 years by more than 40 authors who came from many walks of life. It remains one unified book from beginning to end without contradiction.
You can read from start to finish of how a loving, merciful, and just God deals with sinful men in all kinds of situations. The Bible is truly God’s love letter to mankind.
God's love for all creation, especially for mankind, is evident throughout the Scriptures. God lovingly and mercifully is calling people into a special relationship with Himself, not because they deserve it but because He is a gracious and merciful God, slow to anger and abundant in loving-kindness and truth. Yet as you read you'll also see a holy and righteous God Who is the judge of all those who disobey His word and refuse to worship Him, instead turning to worship gods of their own creation, worshiping idols and other gods instead of worshiping the one and only true God.
To this day, the wisdom in those scriptures is still 100% accurate. It clearly states what condition the world will be in before the Lord returns, this world will be in great trouble. 2nd Peter 3:10 NASB (New American Standard Bible) It also says He is coming back with great wrath. Rev 6:15-17 NASB (New American Standard Bible) This is why it's so imperative to turn from your old ways (repent) and learn the love of God and who Jesus the (Messiah) Christ is, while there's still time. Then call on Him to save you. Rom 10:9-13 NASB (New American Standard Bible)
The book of Hebrews 9:27,28 NLT (New Living Translation)Bible tells us we're all going to die and then we will be judged.
